Westminster was the first chapter founded in the State of Ohio in 1914 and was reinstated in 2015 after a brief hiatus. The Westminster Chapter serves members in the Cleveland area.

The Westminster Chapter meets every month on a Sunday at 2:00 pm. The ladies of Westminster enjoy a variety of hosts for their meetings.
